Suggested donation of $20 on the day to help us cover costs.
Donation will include access to food nibbles on the day. Free coffee (with gold coin donations only if you wish, to provide for the Centenary Fund).
Ice cream and wine for sale.
Parking on the grounds will be limited to nominated vendors/guests and shall be closed off at the latest by 2:30pm – members of the public may park in adjoining streets – easy to walk to the Church grounds.

The Community public have full access to the lawns, nearby shops for any food, (e.g. Cafe 63), Yummi Ice Creamery on site, Bernborough Coffee on site, and our kitchen for water (no cost). Toilets are on site – Unisex external, and Male/Female within the adjoining community hall.

The event shall have security. The event is registered with the QLD Police. Our event has provided Work, Health & Safety assessments to the Diocese with their assistance.

This is a non-smoking zone, including approach to the site as per local regulations.

The Jazz Music is under a large marquee for seating and shade – we shall continue even in the event of rain. If there is an emergency in Brisbane on the day, just check our website for any notifications. We have breezes coming up from the river at this time in the afternoon. We will provide some blankets for sitting on the lawns, or under any spare space under gazebos or the marquee.

We regret our facilities on this particular event do not have supporting access requirements for those with disability, however the site itself is readily accessible, and you may call our office for discussion of particular needs and if we can assist.

We welcome post-feedback of the event via email to our office.

The area is well laid out for easy off-street parking. Feel free to bring along your own picnic blanket and seating.

OUR EVENTS WILL NOT BE CANCELLED WITH RAIN OR ON/OFF STORMS

If there is a major weather condition preventing an event we shall post here on our website. We do not anticipate flooding.

We have undercover areas such as the community hall, columbarium and various awnings if there is a partial duration of heavy storm weather or strong rain.

Our Marquee is able to withstand rain, and we have a number of event umbrellas and gazebos.

The Brisbane Forecast suggests there may be some partial rain here and there on the day but is only a forecast.
